Longhorn Steakhouse - "DISAPPOINTED!"
I FILED A COMPLAINT BACK IN APRIL 2016,CAUSE MY STEAK WAS TUFF,I COULDN'T EAT IT!! NO RESPONSE YET!!!
I HAD JUST HAD SURGERY ON MY FOOT & DECIDED NOT COOK,THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST TIME COMING TO LONGHORN! 2317 N HIGHWAY 67 FLORISSANT MO. I LEFT CAUSE I WAS IN "PAIN" WITH MY FOOT! CALLED MANAGER,BUT I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!
SO I WENT TO YOUR WEBSITE,STILL NO RESPONSE! THE MANAGER'S NAME WAS "JOE" THIS TOOK PLACE ON APRIL 3RD 2016. MY HUSBAND HAD DIFFICULTY EATING HIS STEAK,HE HAS "SARCOIDOSIS" HE COULDNT EAT IT! THE WAITER NEVER GAVE US ANY WATER,IT WAS FREEZING IN RESTAURANT!
I CAN'T BELIEVE,NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP! I WILL CONTACT THE BBB ABOUT THIS,I ASKED FOR WELL DONE & TENDER! WE'RE SENIORS! MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO ATE!
I'VE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN THE PASS,WHY NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME? HARRIET ANTHONY(314-556-****) PLEASE DO WHAT'S RIGHT!
