Visited store 5610. ticket #66668. Called in order for curb service. Emphasized "Very well done" on the cheese burger. Getting home discovered rare not well done. See picture. Called spoke with manager who claims she will note my name in computer and I will get a new cheeseburger. Really This is the answer. I get search the home for peanut butter and bread for something while the others enjoy there dinners. I really feel your compensation is lacking. Delivery should be considered.

Complaint about restaurant

Had weddung party. Waited 3hrs to be seated. Was not seated together or close. Staff seemed irritated. My waitress was friendly. Grandaughtet had hair in her salad dressing and on her hamber. Manager took her meal off and fixed her a new plate. This was my first and last time I will eat at thst location. Cinti Ohio Norwood location

Bad bad service

So my kids are hungry is an25 min wait so we Desiderio to stay the ask for our phone number so they can text us when a table is open so they text we go in we sit down and kid are asking about the food 20 minutes pass and no one is coming the next table next to us just sit down and not even 5 min later they get the server I get so mad I ask my husband to just leave at this point Im so mad my damn money counts Im a *** great as tipper cuz Im a waitress my self so *** you long horns never going back you guys were Racist towards me and my family we are Hispanic but that does need to *** matter

Racist host / manager

My wife and I went to longhorns in Centerville Georgie and we went in and the host said there was a 40 minute wait. No problem I eat here all the time. Im disable I broke my neck and need surgery on my back so I cant stand long so the host saids in a hateful way Hes a young black guy. Im A middle aged white guy. And the host saids yall going to have to go outside you cant sit there. Very rude how he said it. I asked because how he said it. Are you asking me or you telling me I cant sit there. Another couple sat down and he never told them they could not sit there. When I asked for the manger she was taking up for the punk. She never said Ill have a talk with him or nothing she was making a excuse for the punk. You could tell by how he was speaking to us he was racist. Power trip. The other couple finally got up after she heard the Mansger say we could not sit there. Carly Batman was the Mansger on duty she does not need to be a manager for any company. I told her I was calling cooperate she said in her own words I dont care if you call cooperate you can call my boss if you want to I dont care. She knows nothing is going to happen. To the host with fuzzy hair. Thats the only way to describe him. I have black friends. My best friend is black. The manager was defending the host and she was way out of line if we have not heard anything by Tuesday were taken this to face book The manager could have spoken to us in a different way. Unprofessional. The host it was the way he said it. You could tell he didnt want to be there and taken it out on us. The host should be made to Apologize to me thats what Im asking and thats not asking to much the wife was trying to tell the manager what she heard but she didnt want to listen to her. She told her he can call cooperate she didnt care. Her words. And you allow someone like this to work for your company. My cell number is 478283****. Theres another manager. A white guy He knows I eat at long horns before the virus several times a week and many staff know me and I never complain about anything. Im 100 percent this host is racist. It has to end somewhere and if it was not for my wife I may of went to jail. It gets old. Enough is enough. So what are you going to do about it. Im wanting a Apology from the manager and host. Not asking for much. We ended up going to Cheddars and we told them what happen at long horns and they said theyre sorry this happen to you and were always welcome to dine with them and have us our drinks on the house. I dont cause drama. I dont bother anyone but I will take up for what I believe in and this host was way out of line

Waiter/ Bartender refusing to weaf face mask

Dave at the Bethlehem Georgia Store refused to pull his mask up when a customer at the bar asked him to. He said why these masks are made in China everyone knows that. Then walked away with his tucked under his chin. He was also our waiter and would pull it up but not over his nose before bringing food to the table. A few times he brought things with an uncovered face.

Long wait for curbside pickup (2) times

First time ordered small and waited at curbside 45 min longer then quoted time. Second time tonight ordered 2 steak dinners told would be ready in 25-30 min arrived on time waited 25 min. Called after 10 min said would be right out waited another 15 min called and told them I left because I got tired of waiting. If you are going to have curbside then have extra people working it. deemarie128@***.com

I ordered take out from the camp creek location curbside and around 11 I finally ate my food and took a spoon full of broccoli and always choked and I cut my gum and mouth up. It was a brown rubber piece of object in my brocoli I dont know if it was something out of the kitchen but I want to file charges against whoever

File charges ? For what ?

Where is your damage ? Did you immediately visit the emergency room or schedule an appointment with your physician ? Did you retain the object and document the occurrence ? It's awful to find foreign objects in food.

My buddy made salads for a place near here and lost his finger bandaid in one of them.

I've had hair fresh from Papa Johns. No harm, no foul, no return to the place.

On 05/29/2020 I took a friend that was visiting from Savannah GA to lunch at Longhorn. The lunch went well and the service was good.

On 06/01/2020 I met a girlfriend at the same Longhorn for lunch. I had soup an salad she has salmon and baked sweet potato for lunch but ordered soup and salad to go.

My reason for reaching out to you is because I signed up as a member of your club, per my receipt from 05/29/2020 to enjoy a free Appetizer. I signed up but there was no instructions on what to do to get the free Appetizer.

When we were seated I ask the waitress if she would show me how to go online and what to do in order to get my free Appetizer because my girlfriend was ordering a meal to eat now and a lunch to go. The waitress stated that she "did not know anything about it" with no other reply. I got the attention of the manager and I ask him what do I have to do to get my free Appetizer he also said he did not know. He did not suggest asking another manger or waitress. I thought he should have tried to help me or he could have just given me an Appetizer since no one in the restaurant could help me. I did have my receipt from 05/29/2020.

I have to say I did not feel good spending my money at longhorn today.

I just wanted to let you know that I ordered food from there for mother's day, and it said it would take about 35 minutes for the order to be ready. I called to let them know that I was there, about 45 mins after the confirmation of the email stating it'd be 35 mins. When u called, they said that they would get to us as soon as possible, and they would call us when the order was ready. I waited for over an hour and a half. Seeing there was a bunch of people still waiting, I called again, and was told that they would get to us and call us whenever they were ready. I waited another hour, and still nothing. So I walked up to ask to where people were coming in and out with good, and tried to get several people's attention to ask about my order, and the time it'd be done, and no one would make eye contact or even answer me. I waited another 45 minutes and decided to leave. I was very upset because it was the only thing we could do for mother's day, around my work schedule and my kids work schedule. By the time I left it was 8:55PM and everything was already over booked to order elsewhere and ended up going to a fast food place because of the time of night. It's been three days and STILL never received a phone call to say my order was ready. I emailed the store themselves that night, and still no call back. I am very, very disappointed.

Worst steak ever

It was my Anniversary and my husband and I wanted good steaks...I ordered a steak med well and it was over well done and cold, I could hardly cut it. Now on the other hand my son ordered the crusted chicken and it could have cooked a little longer.
