To whom it may concern

To whom it may concern your, Aiken SC, Whiskey Road location has MAJOR problems with the following;

Filthy restaurant, dirty silverware, cold/stale food, insects & bugs in food. Rude Manager, very few customers & yet our order was not submitted for over an hour and a half, Moldy/Musty smelling restaurant...

the entire community is beginning to chime in co firming the SAME issues. I am (was) a longtime loyal customer of the Longhorns restaurant located in Aiken, SC on Whiskey Road. Sure no venue or human is perfect, I get that as Iโ€™m an International HR Director. So customer service is not new to me.

The quality of food, service and professionalism has greatly diminished over the past year and a half. After tonight me and 32 of my closest family members and friends who frequent Longhorns are calling it quits forever, after my sister and I shared how we were treated tonight.

I hope that the footage from tonight, the online Custer reviews, the responses to my Facebook post and just a snap shot of how much myself and my family have spent in your venue will help you understand that the underlining problem is your most recent management team.

Tonight alone: The restaurant was filthy, the entire venue smelt of moldy rags and must. The restrooms were in poor sanitary condition. The manager (who appears to be in training or has either horribly failed training) was very unprofessional an item we notated when he came out to address an unhappy concerned customer seated at the table behind us.

We arrived were seated placed a simple appetizer & water order, which came out wrong. Placed out orders only to have the waiter come back almost an hour later to state he never submitted/placed out order (at nearly 10 PM). When the orders finally came out mine was completely incorrect (mind you I get the same exact order for the past 7 years) my sisterโ€™s entire meal was cold (not even room temperature). Both meals were sent back without being consumed.

We were told that there would be no check but that the manager wanted to speak with us. The manager was very unprofessional and felt I should have been alright with a very delayed order, then proceed to tell me he watched them majesty my order again which I kindly stated was completely WRONG. I stated โ€œSir Iโ€™m a long time customer and get the same identical order 2-3 times a week and Iโ€™ve never seen you before for you to tell me what my order is/was.โ€ I told home that every step of my meal was incorrect and wrong and that this evening was totally unacceptable and that they could use some refresher trading because the quality of the entire restaurant was horrible now. As I stood up to leave he said you need to lay for your meal.

I said what meal ? We sent everything back and even my appetizer was wrong. I donโ€™t mind paying for anything hence the screen shots will show how much money Iโ€™ve spent in Longhorns. He got rude and I ask so I need to call the police and he stated โ€œ you can call your lil police friendsโ€.

At that point due to his tone and nasty demeanor I lost ALL respect for him and your business. As a waiter doe the ran (that we were told we would not receive) I notified the bar tender of whom I had hundreds of interactions with talk g her about his rudeness and I How angry I was about our treatment (as I have spent A LOT of money as a customer and tipper).

After returning my change I stated that he needs some training because his service sucks and he asked me to leave before he called the cops. When I had done NOTHING wrong. (Keep in mind I was the cops HR Director prior to my current role$ so I would have been more than happy to call them myself.

As a customer who has spent thousands in your franchise I feel disrespected, unvalued and insulted.

He has no mannerism, is unprofessional unable to communicate effectively with any disappointed customer including the table prior to my issue. He cannot expect to be rude to customers and when they finally treat him the same way as a result be upset because he first disrespected them. I would like to address my concerns with someone who can listen, provide a response or status on this location and that horrendous manager. Before considering all of my options to bring go light how I was violated, mistreated & ask to leave an establishment that long term employees can vouch I have spent thousands of dollars in.

I became stern with the rude manger after he became disrespectful and rude. I am ashamed to have championed this location for so long after the way we were treated tonight.
